Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not, please follow the following instructions for returning items.

Please check your purchase fully on receipt. Transit damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

 

All items and parts of items must be checked for any  prior to use. If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 14 days in writing by letter, fax or email.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Items must not have been used in any way.

Amelie retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resalable.

  • All international returns should contact us via this contact form where we will generate a returns form, and instructions on where to post your package. We will email you any shipping documents required. 

  • All returns will require the label(s) and documents to be printed prior to posting. 

  • All items must be sent back to us in the original packaging provided.

  • Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and tags should be included in your return.

  • Items must not be soiled.

  • Items sold as part of the annual sample sale may be exchanged for a credit note only.

  • You cannot return items that have been made to order or customised for you.

  • Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Where an alternative is required we are able to offer exchanges.

  • All questions and queries are be handled by our expert customer service team, so please contact us with any questions on this contact form so we can help you.

faulty goods

If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date you received it, via this contact form. Please include a photo and description of the fault.
We will arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you. 
If you have had the item for over 14 days we will look into this for you.
Please note that the manufacturer is unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that you have owned longer than 6 months.


Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty
